Biography
Marie Trécan has been a lawyer since 2001. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, and she assists French and foreign clients with their external growth operations (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.), their corporate law issues and their complex contractual negotiations.
She regularly assists both private and public entities in the context of transactions with real estate as an underlying element: acquisitions, acquisition of majority or minority stakes, real estate joint-ventures.
Marie Trécan has also developed a solid experience in structured finance, project finance and real estate financing for credit institutions as well as for investors involved in bond financing.
