Biography

Nathalie Sultan practices public business law. She advises companies, public institutions and investors on structuring and implementing public-private projects.

Nathalie has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating public contracts in various sectors, including infrastructure, telecommunications, energy and construction, in accordance with complex long-term procedures, including negotiated and/or competitive dialogue procedures. Furthermore, she advises clients on drafting secure contracts and managing risks.

She also assists with the acquisition and restructuring of special purpose vehicles created for the performance of public contracts.

In addition, Nathalie has developed significant expertise in public real estate projects, and advises her clients on how to safeguard their structures, in particular as part of calls for proposals and initial invitations to tenders, and related to public land tenure granted as part of complex projects.
