Biography
Yi-Ta Hou began her career in 1999 with the Mergers and Acquisition Department of DS Avocats in Paris and led numerous mergers and acquisition, joint-venture and restructuring projects in Europe and West Africa before joining the Shanghai office in 2010.
Her international expertise has led to Ya-Ti being put in charge of the mergers and acquisition practice in China, which also covers joint-venture projects. She has, in addition, managed complex industrial projects that involved simultaneous plant relocations and restructuring of business activities.
