Export Control – People’s Republic of China Precisions on the new regime of control of exportations of sensitive items and technologies

Six months after the publication of a first draft, the Chinese export control bill was submitted to the Standing Committee of the Chinese National Congress for a second examination on the 28^th of June 2020. The revised version (the Second Version) subject to public consultation until August 16^th, 2020.
